Problem:
Can't easily share CVE data with stakeholders who need it in spreadsheet format for reporting or offline review.

Describe the solution you'd like

Solution:
Add "Export" button that downloads current filtered view as .xlsx file including:

CVE ID, Vendor, Severity, Status, Description
Document count, Published date

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatives:

CSV export (less formatting options)
PDF report (harder to manipulate data)

Additional context

Context:
Should respect current search/filter selections. Assign to v1.1 milestone
